Aluminum Composite Panel Series

The Aluminum Composite Panel is originated from Germany. ACP was brought into China in the late 1980s. It prevails and now becomes one of the most popular decorative materials. ACM panel incorporates modified polyethylene plastic core layer in the middle that is nontoxic, enclosed with nonflammable aluminum layers on both faces, and coated with fluorocarbon resin (PVDF) or PE coating on its surface, featuring high brightness, flatness, elegant surface coating, strong intention, lightweight, superexcellent forming performance, durable, simple, quick processing & installation and outstanding fireproof performance. For protection, a protective film is used to cover the surface of finished product.

Acrylic Sheet Series

Acrylic sheet is called acrylic glass and crystal plastic as well, an environmental material which is made of PMMA, transmittance reach 92%. It can divided into cast acrylic sheet and extruded acrylic sheet. Whether formed by casting or extrusion, acrylic polymers are synthetic materials that result from a chemical reaction between a monomer and a catalyst.

Single Sided Mirror

Acrylic mirror sheet refers to the mirror sheet which is made of PMMA and formed by vacuum coating. Its appearance and function are similar to the glass mirror, however, it is more light in weight, not easy to break, easy to process, safe to use, environmental friendly and so on. Antioxidant double sided mirror has anti - oxidation function which is different from traditional double sided mirror. Silver nitrate and aluminum alloy are widely used in double sided mirror which are relatively active and easy to be oxidized. We have metal coating that is not easy to be oxidized and ion technology which ensuresthe service life of the mirror maintaining the same clear image as the ordinary mirror does.

An acrylic two way mirror, also known as one way mirror, is a semi-transparent mirror which provides privacy and allows discreet viewing from the darker side. An acrylic two way mirror relies on the lighting conditions to conceal the mirror side. Due to its high strength, acrylic is ideal for clinical observation, where a glass mirror would potentially be shattered. In addition to privacy and observation, acrylic two way mirrors are also used for hiding smart mirrors and optical illusions.
